Hotspot embedded browser is not working

Dear CheckMates,

in relation to this SK article: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk172449
We try to enable the embedded browser feature.
We set the value on firewall policy:

I also set values in trac.defaults (manually):

open_default_browser_for_hotspot = true
hotspot_registration_enabled =true
But when click on "Register to hotspot" - nothing happens except pop-up ...registration enabled for 600 seconds...

I would expect that some browser will open up and directly opens captive portal.

How does this work?
What could we do wrong.

That looks right to me. I would open TAC case to see if anything else is missing

Hello @FloydG ,

Could you please say what you would like to achieve? 

If you need to limit hotspot registration only for the Embedded Browser per SK you do not need to set true for "open_default_browser_for_hotspot".

Also please check you have configured in Advanced settings "Allow hot spot registration" for Disconnected rule and set 

"hotspot_detection_enabled = true " in trac_client_1.ttm.

After this you should Click on Connect button and Embedded Browser will be loaded to start the registration process.
