Error Scanner Check Point Mac M1
Hi, All.
I'm having trouble accessing files remotely. I did the following processes and I still can't access it. My mac is new and the antivirus has not yet reached the deadline of 14 days. However, the Firewall is active. Can you help me?

Thanks for the answer. I disabled firewell on Mac, but it still won't connect.😢
It seems to me that the requirement is to have a Firewall active and running. Always the same mistakes:
1. Portal administrator requires you to have anti-virus application running and updated within the last 2 weeks.
2. Portal administrator requires you to have firewall application running.

Hm, its a bit of deceiving message...I dont speak spanish (well just basic), but I can tell from 2nd screenshot it shows firewall is enabled, but 1st screenshot shows its supposed to be running. Now, Im not sure if it refers to built in mac os firewall or the actual endpoint firewall itself.

Thanks for the answer. It's written in Portuguese!😁
As I understand it, it must be with Firewall active and running. However, it makes no sense not to work.

Portugese, right...one of my customers would understand it then : - ). Anyway, I agree with you, it appears its supposed to be with active firewall. Maybe check with TAC and see what they say.
