End Of Support around the corner (May 2021)
Hello,
I have a question that I am having a difficult time with, and I hope the community can help...
I was posed with a requirement that when a user logs into the Endpoint Security VPN windows/mac client the username field must be blank, so each time a user logs in they must enter a username and password.
Currently the username is saved from the previous login and I am having trouble finding how to prevent this.
I went through trac.defaults and the ttm file on the respective gateway but could not find anything that stood out as a possible solution.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
gto_gary
Don’t believe there’s an option for this.
Whats the logic behind this request?
It was a question posed by our compliance team. I can get more detail around the context if needed. In short they want users to have to type in a username and a passord so that if another person walked up to a unlocked machine they would need to know both.
Is there anyway to confirm that this is not possible?
Thanks again!!!
Confirmed this is expected behavior and can’t be disabled.
