Endpoint Client Auto Pop Up
Hi all
we have a client running a 1530 SMB appliance on the perimeter, but also with mobile devices running sandblast/harmony agent which includes the endpoint client.
On boot/login the endpoint client pops up and asks you to connect the VPN (happy days).
But when the machines are on the internal network, this also happens and is annoying (to users).
So in the above scenario how/where do we configure the internal network as the exemption to stop the endpoint client getting all excited? In the portal? on the SMB appliance?
Thanks in advance.

The feature is called Location Awareness.
Is your SMB appliance locally managed or centrally managed?
For centrally managed gateways, you configure it in Global Properties > Remote Access > Endpoint Connect.
For locally managed, I don't believe this option exists.

Thanks - the SMB appliance is locally managed.
Any chance any other CP specialist knows if/how this can be achieved in this scenario?
If not, any devs want to add it as functionality to the next release for SMB appliances 😉

It's listed as a known limitation.
As such, it'd be an RFE.
