Enable "encrypt all traffic and route to gateway"

I have windows 11 and downloaded latest version of VPN from your site and I need to enable  VPN tunneling however it is disabled I cannot enable it. 
how to enable "encrypt all traffic and route to gateway" not able to turn onimage.png

Have you connected to your GW without route all traffic at least once ? These settings have to be enabled or made selectable for you by the admin on your GW. He should also explain how you should configure it...
