EPPatcher for users

Hello,

I trust you are all well. I have an issue when running EPPatcher for users. Users are able to enter the admin password needed when running the file, but immediately after clicking the YES button for a reboot another pop up screen (attached) appears prompting user to enter an Admin password. After entering the password an error occurs; agent deploy fails, contact system admin.

How can I resolve the above issue.

One of the methods requires the admin password and the client uninstall password which are different.

In any case I would recommend consulting TAC for your scenario as may also depend on the client type / version installed.
