Hello.

Today we installed the hotfix take 196 onto a two-node cluster (A/S) and both nodes went into a reboot loop. They would come up, stay up for around 4-5 minutes and then they would go into reboot. And so on loop. We had to revert to snapshot to fix the issue.

The TAC is investigating what happened.

The take 50 was installed prior to works.

Something like this has never happened to me and I have been working with Check Point for 10 years now.

Be cautious with the installation of this HFA.
