New! AI Agent – Quantum Management Health Report

We're excited to introduce the Quantum Management Health Report AI Agent, designed to give security administrators clear, actionable visibility into the health of their Quantum Management environment - automatically.

This AI-powered agent retrieves the CPM Doctor report directly from your Management Server using the run-script API, analyzes it with advanced AI models, and delivers a concise, enriched health summary.
No more digging through long diagnostic files - you get immediate insights, issue prioritization, and optional automated ticket creation.

What the Agent Does

• Automatically retrieves the latest CPM Doctor report
• Analyzes and enriches the data using AI
• Detects new or previously unnoticed issues
• Generates a clear, actionable health summary
• Optionally opens a ticket (with the full report attached) for follow-up by your support or SOC team

As organizations adopt generative AI tools, monitoring AI usage becomes essential for security and compliance. The new GenAI Protect automation notifies your SOC whenever a Generative AI Risky Session is detected.

 What You Get

When an alert is triggered, the automation sends a notification containing:

• Session ID
• Timestamp
• AI platform used (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)

• Any configured enrichment, such as:

  • Minimum Severity
  • Sensitive Content Indicators
  • Additional policy-based parameters

This helps security teams quickly understand context, assess risk, and take appropriate action.

One of the really cool things that I liked about it (when I saw the demo) is that the agent compares the previous health report to the latest one, and will highlight new problems that were not there before. It can help catch issues as soon as they pop up.
