Customizable steps include choosing between Log or Scheduled Triggers, gaining insights from Check Point’s Reputation Service (IP, URL, file hash), tailoring notifications with steps like Ask, Notify, or Open Ticket, and building advanced workflows such as blocking IPs or isolating devices. 

Supported capabilities include cloning automations for those with editable steps, and using automation filters from various products such as Quantum Management, Harmony Endpoint, SD-WAN events, CloudGuard WAF, Harmony Email & Collaboration, and Harmony SASE.
