Yes, the VPN was working previously, and we are not experiencing this issue for all users — it appears to be affecting only a few.
To temporarily resolve the issue, we’ve been following the steps below, which allow the affected users to reconnect:
Restarting the laptop
Uninstalling and reinstalling Java
Uninstalling and reinstalling the VPN agent
While these steps are effective, they are not practical to perform every time the issue occurs. Therefore, we would appreciate a more permanent solution or guidance on what might be causing this intermittent behavior.
