Capsule Connect certificate

Hello mates,

With our certificate 1 day from  expiration we decided to renew.

In the path we had an issue with Internal CA which was fixed.

The problem is the renew procedure is not replicated to Capsule users and other VPNs are still working.

We do have a case with TAC but still no success.

The certificate is there and valid untill 2028.

I appreciate any idea.

Capsule clients (Windows, iOS, Android) use the native VPN supplicant, which may not support the automatic renewal feature.
TAC should be able to confirm one way or the other.

Yes sir and we did the renewall process sugested from TAC (attachment).

Still failure but appreciate the answer.
