one of clients (friend) installed a checkpoint 5200 in standalone mode a year ago.
He called me up because he had the following issue:
the main Gateway with the management rebooted, and when they want to connect via the smartconsole they recieve the following error: "Unable to connect to server, please make sure that all processes of the server are up and running." so I checked the SK 139552 and went through it, and checked everything mentioned on it, I also did a cpstop and cpstart.
Does anyone have any idea what else I can check ? before opening a case to checkpoint ?
