order logs by time

Hi

This is maybe stupid question but I can't find the answer anywhere. In R77.30 I could click on the time column in the Smartview Tracker to change the order from ascending to descending. How can I do this in R80.10?

Regards Christoph

Thanks for the fast answer. I thought the Log & Monitor replaces the Tracker! 🙂

At the moment you cannot change timing to ascending, so Danny Jung's answer is the most effective way to achieve your goal.

That said, Log & Monitoring is based on indexing for faster search and sorting, but the raw logs are still there. You can use legacy LogViewer application.

on R80.x, the Logs & Monitor views does replace the Smartview Tracker (which while still mostly works, is no longer officially supported).

the Logs & Monitor uses the descending sort (Newest log on top down to older), which I believe makes much more sense.

Do you have a use-case for seeing oldest logs 1st (ascending), or is it just  a habit from the Old Tracker's default ascending sort?

You can always search specific logs with any filters, including the time-frame.

Yes he did. Use time stamp column to sort, as he mentioned in the original post
