log reports

 "log entries are not sent to log server because of high load, but were instead sent to backup" error message in the SmartView Tracker. This defines that I am unable to generate a report. I have checked as per SK 98317 but still not solving my issue. Please advice.

What do you mean "I am unable to generate a report."
What actual steps did you take to solve this problem and what we're the results?
What version/JHF level?
