please help me I'm having a problem connecting to my security gateway from my smart console

Hi @Junes92,

I don't understand your question 100%. But I think you can not integrate the gateway into the SMS (Security Management Server).

Follow these steps on gateway:
- change to expert mode
# fw unloadlocal                    --> uninstall the gateway policy
# cpconfig                               --> set a new SIC pw
# ping <SMS>                         --> ping your SMS (Management Server)  and check the network connectivity

Follow these steps in SmartConsole:

-> creat a new SIC
-> install your policy
