VPN Logins Showing no User on Logs and Reports.

Hello Guys,

So i have a problem that i can not find what the solution could be. 
Basically a customer have some reports about VPN Info Like Log In and Log Out information outside of the working Hours.

But on some cases the Reports comes with no User or Source. As you can see on the image1.

If we go to Logs and try to find this exact Login i can find the Entry but showing no info as well as seen on image2.

Does anyone know what could it be? If i double click the Log i can see info like IP, User, etc. for example.

Is this report via dedicated SE server? If so, have you tried evstop; evstart or reboot?

Hello!

No, it's a management with Smart Event blade. Yes already tried evstop;evstart.

For me the strange thing is when we double click the Log that appears to be with no Info, we are suprised with all the Info, 
User, Source, Action, Timestamp, everything.

Did you try rebooting it? Btw, did this ever work?

A comparison of the full log cards (with sensitive details reacted) between the "working" and "non-working" might provide a clue.
