Updateable objects problem
Hi
I get this when try get to Updateable objects:
Same for IPS:
The problem began today, SMS server can ping update.checkpoint.com
FWM shows this log:
Mon Nov 11 09:18:26 2024> OnlineServices: Failed to download package
Mon Nov 11 09:50:12 2024> **COnlineServicesAutoUpdate::CheckForUpdate initiated**
Mon Nov 11 09:50:12 2024> "COnlineServicesAutoUpdate::QueryFdt": Using proxy address=, fdt_server_use_proxy=false.
Mon Nov 11 09:50:14 2024> "COnlineServicesAutoUpdate::FDTGetUpdatePackageFile": Failed to download 'online_services_mgmt.tgz'. Status code: 9. Message: Server returned error code >= 400
I’m curious what the issue might be—could it be that the Check Point servers that have problem returning code 400?

My service started working again about an hour after I published this post, so I believe the issue was related to Check Point servers (error code 400)
So check your logs, if you get same log as mine, then wait

If this is still happening, I suggest a TAC case to investigate.
