We had issues with app control and url filtering blade today and this fixed our issues per recommendation from TAC..
cd $FWDIR/appi/update/
curl_cli -O http://secureupdates.checkpoint.com/appi/v4_0_1/gw/appi_db.C.tmp
mv appi_db.C.tmp appi_db.C
fw load_sigs

Can you share his GW APPI Version file?
cat $FWDIR/appi/update/Version
Can you also explain a bit what he is experiencing?

My customer told me he don't change any configuration.
Yesterday is work fine.
But everything go wrong today.
Traffic was not match the right rule .
Yesterday match rule is 3.2.2
Because Firewall can identify the right application activity .
Today match rule 3.2.3.
That is clean up rule.

Unfortunately I don't see the images, can you post them to an online service?

Can you ask the customer to run "fw load_sigs" on the gw and see if it is resolved?
