System.dll error when attempting to install SmartConsole on Windows 11

Not sure if this is the right forum. My first post here. I'm testing the install of Check Point SmartConsole R81.20 for ultimate distribution to end users via Microsoft SCCM and Intune. My company is a mix of Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices. As described in the Check Point documentation, the install consists of some pre-requisites and then the SmartConsole install itself:

Install pre-reqs:
dotnetfx45_full_x86_x64.exe /passive /norestart
vc10\vcredist_x86.exe /passive /norestart
vc11\vcredist_x86.exe /passive /norestart
vc17\vc_redist.x86_vs2017.exe /passive /norestart

Then install SmartConsole with the command:
SmartConsole /s

This works fine on our Windows 10 devices, but on our Windows 11 devices (build 23H2), the SmartConsole install fails with the following error:

Failed to load DLL C:\Windows\Temp\{030E04CE-270E-4643-93D3-F73238B5A8E3}\{f5424fd1-f234-4cfc-8a1b-d12b10bd4712}\system.dll

Would anyone have any ideas why this is happening or how to mitigate? Thank you.

Thanks for the link. That doesn't seem to be the issue, though. I've tested on multiple Windows 11 devices, both physical and virtual. Same error on all. The correct version of .NET is installed as per Check Point's documentation, and the devices have plenty of free space.

Weird...I just tested it on windows 11 with latest updates, no problem.

I know this link is from 2019, but might be worth checking.

Is there a way to open a support case with Check Point? I'm still getting an error with the install; don't even have it packaged yet to distribute via SCCM or Intune. This is just with the basic SmartConsole install.

I've installed the pre-reqs as documented (Visual C++ 2010, 2011, and 2017, and .NET 4.5...although our systems had newer versions of both .NET and Visual C++ 2017).

When I try to install SmartConsole (with or without the /s parameter...currently running it without that so I can see the various dialogs), the error I now get consistently on different Windows 11 devices is "Unable to register dlls in C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\R81.20\81.20.9700.633\pe_components_reg.conf".

I've verified the devices have enough free space, all the install files have been unblocked, anti-virus is not blocking anything. Out of ideas at this point.
