Smartview fw log export r81

Hello Chechmates, 

 

A new mate just landed 🙌 

Ok, the thing that I need to export logs from a customer FW, So I used smartview to export all the logs as explained many times here. But when I wanna to download them , in the Archive window the job is stuck in running state. 

I tried many times with different logs size (1h - days...) but always the same .

 

Any ideas ?

Hi

My name is Miri, I'm the R&D group manager in charge of logging products. Thanks for notifying us about this issue, a failure in export logs to CSV from SmartView was discovered recently, we fixed it and the fix will be released in coming Jumbo hotfix. 

If you need urgent fix, please contact Support and ask to get hotfix of PRJ-32851. 

I apologize for the inconvenient, we took steps to avoid it.

Yes, I've the latest GA Jumbo Take 44 installed.
I found sk174047, but it doesn't apply.

Can you share more details about your environment?

which mgmt server type? installed on what? which version

Also, how many logs you are trying to export?

Hi Ido, we have R81 JHF44 installed on VMware. Neither memory nor disc space are an issue.
The problem seems not related to the number of logs since the problem also occurs when I limit log export to "1K logs, Visible columns"
