SmartEvent - Automating Automatic Actions

Hi,

Is there a way to pass a parameter from SmartEvent to a script for the automatic action?  It can block a source IP so I'd rather like that source IP to be sent to a script so we can do some funky API stuff with it.

Not if it is tested properly - configure the action with an email to refine it and then the script kicks in once the rule criteria is refined enough and fit for purpose.

If you can know in advance all possible future triggering events for the rule and how to react on them you must be godlike somehow 😉 Thee old greek called it hybris...
