SmartConsole R80.40 shows randomly "The connection with the server was lost.."

Hi, 

When i start a new session in SmartConsole R80.40 and im just navigating on the layer´s menu SmartConsole shows randomly a pop-up message "The connection with the server was lost. Any unsave changes will preserved" then SmartConsole close.

I been try to fix it unistalling or updating but the issue remains. what more i can try?

That tends to point to a connectivity issue of sorts.
You would need to troubleshoot this with tcpdump or similar and possibly with the assistance of TAC.
