Smart Console is not able to load Standard Policy Table

Hello Everyone,

Just curious to know what has caused this issue, and how it can be resolved.

Any assistance or insights will be appreciated.

I have attached the error for better understanding.

Hi - does it happen even after you logout and login again using SmartConsole?

I would also suggest contacting TAC. As a temporary workaround you might want try to clone the Standard policy to see if still happens on the cloned policy:

Menu > Manage policies and layers > Select Standard policy > Actions > Clone.

Just some things to try:

-make sure updated smart console build is installed

-cpstop/cpstart mgmt server

-reboot if that fails
