Hi All,
While accepting permissions from different vlans in smart console, the connection is disconnected. There is no such problem when connected via the same Vlan. I request your help in this matter. The issue has been opened to TAC. I'm also curious about your opinions.

Is 10.10.11.2 your SMS? If you don't have reliable connectivity to (as evidence by the ping drops) then I guess that will be reflected in SmartConsole disconnecting.
Or are you referring to drops happening when you install policy? In that case have a look at connection persistence

Yes 10.10.11.2 SMS. The policy does not occur after printing. In general, this error is received everywhere when a connection is provided over a different vlan. Smartconsole or ssh all break. Why is this unreliable?
You may need to do some captures and look at the logs when issue is there. Its hard to assume just based on the info you gave.
