SMS HA "Failed to connect to the peer"

Hello mates,

I have HA R80.20 SMS and today the connection between them has been lost.

I notice that from Primary SMS SmartConsole I can't open any object now, including all gateways, primary SMS itself and secondary SMS. 

Can you help me out?

Management HA has been prone to such errors for a long time - this is the reason i prefer SMS in VM instead of Management HA. Out of my experience, you better contact TAC before trying something on your own that could make things much worse...

That SK refers to multi-domain management and is different from management HA.
Agree you should engage with the TAC on this.
