Consolidate(optimize) multiple Check point firewall rules like Smart Move does but for other vendors

Is there an automatic way to Consolidate(optimize/group similar rules) multiple Check point firewall rules from a working check point environment like Smart Move does?

Smart move does that but for others vendors policies. It creates two policy packages one regural and optimized.

There is a tool called SmartOptimize which does this, but I think it's only available to Check Point's Professional Services division.

Right, and it's something that is sold as a Professional Services engagement.
The tool provides recommendations and will automate parts of the process, but again, only for use by Professional Services.
