Running reports

I have my own customised versions of the user activity and detailed user activity reports that i've been using for quite some time with no issues. The customisation is a simple filter "user name = xxxxxxx".

When I run the report, the cover sheet shows the date range and below that shows the filer setting.

However, since upgrading from R80.20 to R81.10 the cover page no longer shows the filter setting!

Has anyone else noticed this or know how to add this to the cover page again?

Would you mind send a screenshot of what exactly you are referring to? Please blur out any sensitive info...I can test this in my R81.20 lab and report the results.
