Second zaz I had the following problem. In checkpoint reports, the fields user, sender, recipient, user mashine name are displayed as *****. In the logs, the display of these fields is normal. The first time I solved the problem by restoring the virtual machine. In this case, the logs are lost. Tell me the solution to the problem. Thank you in advance

Do you perhaps have the "Hide Identities" option enabled?
