Solved: R81 Upgrade Report Post Failure

Hi all,

Ive had an R81 upgrade fail, pretty sure it was a disk space issue - schoolboy oversight!

The problem is the upgrade report in GAIA is still say the upgrade is still progressing- 24 hours later.

Is it possible there is still something ongoing in backgroud? Or can this be ignored / cancelled?

I suspect some temp file didn't get removed, particularly if you can't find any evidence in running processes that something is still going.

Cheers, would you recommend a reboot / cprestart maybe?

Are there any obvious services I can check / kill?

I spent 6 hours watching this web GUI progress page telling me "Upgrade is in pogress", when it had failed in the background after 20 minutes. Slightly frustrating.

If a reboot doesn't help, I'd open a ticket with TAC.
