R80.40 & SIP

I've been reading some posts about SIP and I wonder the following on R80.40:

 

- Is it still valid to create base UDP ports on ports 5060 and UDP high-ports matched for any, without using any of the predefined SIP services when you jut want SIP to be routed all over the place and the FW not inspect it?

- Should I still disable voip_multik_enable_forwarding as per sk65072, as it was implied that leaving it on without doing SIP inspection would cause performance issues?
