R80.40 Monitoring Blade issue

After upgrading my Smart-1 205 with R80.40, I cannot see the logs from my 1180 and 1490 appliances any more. Executing rtm stat shows

-------------------------------------------------------
SmartView Monitor Status: Wed Feb 24 11:06:24 2021
-------------------------------------------------------
Product is Disabled
Daemon is OFF
Unable to open '/dev/fw0': No such file or directory
-------------------------------------------------------
Status for kernel instance 0
-------------------------------------------------------
Driver is Down

rtm drv on

Unable to open '/dev/fw0': No such file or directory
Unable to open '/dev/fw0': No such file or directory
SmartView Monitor: E2E_ENABLE IOCTL: Couldn't access driver 0

Any ideas?

In the past just after an SMS upgrade I've needed to execute an Install Database operation to get logging to resume, try that.

To check the status of your logging connections on the gateways try this command: cpstat fw -f log_connection

Next step is to check port 257 connectivity between the gateways and log server up on the SMS with: netstat -anp | grep -i -E "State|257"

I think rtm stat is only relevant on a gateway, not management.
Also, do you see a TCP connection from the SMB appliances to your Smart-1 appliance?

Installing the database and restarting the Smart-1 did the job. Thank you!
