R80.40 HFA Take 91 - .def files not correctly installed? Failed Installs

Hi all,

I installed hotfix R80.40 Take 91 from 78 on the 7th Feb on SMS.

It looks like a lot of the .def files were written to $FWDIR/lib incorrectly?

table_HFA.def for example, instead of just updating table.def

This is now appears to be causing me errors when installing policy. Example.

I understand if these files were edited as the signature will be different but all of these were unedited (except implied_rules.def).
