Hi all,
I want to migrate configurations from my existing 4200 FW to a new 5100 FW. I have copied the upgrade_tools folder from the 5100 FW to the 4200 FW, I also ran the pre upgrade verifier tools and I have corrected the errors that appeared but when I try to export the configuration using the "migrate export abc.tgz" command, I run into the pre upgrade verifier error without a specific error message and the output files are empty too. Please help!

Please clarify if you are trying to upgrade the standalone appliance.
The release notes do not address this situation specifically:

It is also possible that the upgrade could not be successfully executed on 4000 series appliances due to their limitations:

In which case, you may want to try migrating 75.47 to 5000 series appliance and executing upgrade on it.
Thank you for your response, I believe the upgrade was not successful due to the limitation of the 4000 series appliances. As suggested I tried to search for the image 75.47 image for the 5000 appliance but I found out the least available image version for it is the 77.30.
I also downloaded the "Check_Point_R77.30_T204_upg_WEBUI_and_SmartUpdate.Gaia.tgz3" and tried to upgrade my 4200 FW firmware to 77.30 via the GUI but it failed at the verification stage.
Please which other options do I have to migrate my configurations from the 4200 FW to the 5100 FW?
try this approach:
copy gaia settings from 4000 to 5000
migrate export from 4000 and migrate import to 77.30 on 5000.
If successful, you can then use CPUSE upgrade to 80.10.
