Problem accessing gateway WebGui or SSH

I have a problem with a clustered gateway where I cant access the active gateways via the webgui or ssh.

view the gui I get:

          Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/login.tcl

My SSH session generates this message "putty server unexpectedly closed network connection"

other posts suggests this could be to do with the client not being in the allowed host list.

How can I check / change this list without GUI or SSH access?

Any advice appreciated

Which hardware are we talking about?
Is there a way to get to the LAN connected to the gateway to try and connect to the GUI?

Problem resolved.

The "Host Access" list on the gateway was missing "any" so only certain IP's were allowed to connect to the WebGUI or SSH.

fixed by console access to the gateway and running the following on the cli.

Checked current hosts - show allowed-client all

add new client - add allowed-client host <IP address>
