Silly question have you actually done a clean installed as a MDS then restored the data?

Yes I have done fresh clean install and then restored

Are you able to see output of any command at all? Does mdsstop / mdsstart work?

Yes mdsstop;mdsstart work fine

Have attached screenshot and pls check that all CMA are showing properly

You may wish to check with TAC. I had not worked with P-1 in some time, so little bit rusty on it, but that sounds like it could be a potentially some sort of corruption, because it makes no sense that command would not give you an output...it would be literally equal if cpconfig did not work on gaia fw command line.

I got the issue as Leading interface was changed from mdscofig
