No access to a couple of domains from my MDS.

Hello, team.

We currently have a solution based on MDS, in which we have realized that we have the problem of not being able to access 2 domains that we have created, from the main server (MDS). In total we have 5 domains in the MDS.

The affected domains are:

Dominio_SedeOperativa

Dominio_SedeSanBorja

In the image you can see the error that appears when we try to connect from the same MDS to any domain.

I have running in the MDS the version R80.40 with JHF 139.

Note: If we access from the Smartconsole to the IP of any domain, this works correctly.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this kind of errors?

Thanks for your support.

Just to clarify, you only have issues when connecting via SmartConsole at the MDS level then trying to switch to one of the two highlighted domains but if you try to access those same domains via SmartConsole with the Domain IP, it works?
I recommend opening a TAC case.

Exactly.

When I enter through Smartconsole to the IP of my MDS, and from there I try to jump to the 2 domains that I put in my previous comment, I get the message "Failed to connect to the server", but this happens only with those 2 domains, as I mentioned.
To the other 3 domains that I have, if I can access successfully.

If I try to access each domain independently through my Smartconsole, this also works without problems.

It seems to me a strange behavior.

Is there any way to try to "jump" from the MDS CLI to a particular domain?

I want to try per CLI, maybe it will work, maybe not.

Thanks for the help.

We have this issue if you do not click and highlight the domain first.

Once highlighted try:

Right clicking the domain name  > Connect to Domain Active server.
Right click the Management server (*_SSB)  > Connect to Domain Server

Via CLI???
Do you mdsenv?
If so then via cli use mdsstat to list your domains
mdsenv <ip of domain>

Hello,

I applied the command to try to "jump" to a CMA from my MDS, but when I apply the command, I fail to see the difference.

It seems as if the computer does not pay attention to the command I execute.

I have already applied all the instructions you suggested, but I still do not have access to the 2 domains I reported.

What I have noticed now, is that I do not see all the GW in the Smartconsole of the MDS, it is as if the MDS shows me only "some" GW, which are in one of the clusters, but does not show me all, and I think this is a problem.

Thanks

Hello,

This image represents what we can see when we execute the recommended command.

Greetings.

Strongly recommend engaging the TAC here.
