NGM failed to retrieve last publish time

Hi,

I have a R80.40 Cluster installed.

I had some problems with the Secondary gateway, i deleted from the Cluster, added again but after that i have a sync problem, getting the meggage in the Subject!

The "show cluster state" command shows the correct result. CP-Primary Active and CP-Secondary Standby, but when i try to perform a full sync I m getting the NGM failed result!

Please see the attached pictures.

Any idea?

Thanks

So i would suggest re-perform FirstTimeWizard on secondary node, establish SIC again and wait for successfull sync.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer. I saw this sk but a) i don't have  Quantum Security Management, Multi-Domain Management enviroment and b) the value in step 4 is already 0

I don't think that this sk is very close to my problem.

Which kind of Management do you have, if not Quantum Security Management / Multi-Domain Management ?

Thank you for the information:

1| Quantum is the product line - if you have a Security Management Server or Multi-Domain Management then its part of the Quantum line

2| I will check regarding the value

Is this a Full Management HA Cluster ? Then i would suggest re-perform FirstTimeWizard on secondary node, establish SIC again and wait for successfull sync.

Hello again,

I have a Standalone HA Cluster Management Deployment. Not a Distributed enviroment and not a Multi Domain Management

I've just had the same thing with a brand new install.
I reset SIC but that wasn't enough.
I had time so I factory reset it and ran through 1st time wizard again...  SIC, install policy.  Sync worked a treat then 🙂
(Full Mgmt HA cluster on 3600's)
