Missing columns in Policy CSV export

Hi All,

I am currently looking to carry out a policy review to identify rules that have not been used or not used for a long time.

To do this, I am exporting the policy as a csv file and reviewing the data in excel.

I am currently working with R81.20 but have seen that a policy csv export in R82 includes the columns "First Hit" and "Last Hit".

I would ideally like to get this information in my export as well.

Is anyone able to confirm if these columns are only available in an export in R82 or is there a way to enable it in R81.20?

Regards,
Rhys

I assume you're talking the CSV export from SmartConsole?
The data is definitely there in R81.20 (see show access-rule), but SmartConsole does not include it in the CSV export.

However, if you're looking for zero hit count rules, you might try using something like: https://github.com/WadesWeaponShed/Delete-or-Disable-Zero-Hit-Rules

Did you look into SmartView if the hits are exportable there ?

That's good news for people who aren't yet ready to upgrade to R82. 🙂

To add to what @Tal_Paz-Fridman mentioned, I tested this in both R81.20 and R82 labs and it gave exactly what you were asking about. R81.20 lab has jumbo 99 at this point and R82 is jumbo 12, both latest ones.
