Management HA Cluster Maximum Members

Hi

Does anyone know how many members are supported in a management HA cluster?

I have found documentation that refers to the primary and secondary server or servers  but nothing that says the maximum number of secondary servers?

I would be looking to potentially have a cluster of 4 managers in the cluster (don't ask!).

If more than 2, do they behave any differently or is it just that there are more secondaries to choose from?

I've never heard anyone use more than two.
Pretty sure that's all we QA.
Other than extra sync overhead, I don't believe it will behave any differently, though (assuming it works).

The number could be wrong, as I dont believe its documented anywhere, but someone from R&D told me ages ago that max for cluster is 8 and management HA is 4, but they never seen anyone use more than 4 for gateway cluster and 2 for mgmt HA 🙂

Management HA is very different from ClusterXL, so the above SK does not apply to that.
