MGMT server - Certificate revoked error during Smart Dash login process

Hello,

 

Up to date we had at three of our customers the same problem with certificate revoked error during Smart Dash login proccess.

None of certs were with expiration date reached but again some of them vere in Revoked status for unknown reason.

We solved all situations by revoking and recreating SIC cert according to sk20905.

What is this Certificate Database inconsistencies root cause which is repeating often on different Gaia versions and systems?

Issue happened on different Gia versions (R80.10, R80.40, R80.20), do not know jumbo level, I do not think it is relevant.

Internal CA was functioning well, I think this is more precise problem with SIC certificate (revoking and recreating SIC cert resolved an issue/resetting the SIC on the Management Server).

Any commonality on version/JHF level?
In general, it points to an issue with the ICA being corrupted, which I’ve heard happen in a few cases.
Don’t know that a root cause has been found so far.
