Logs
Hi team and community
I have troubles with the management server and gateway.
When "LOGS & MONITOR" is choosen at the Smart Console I get "Failed to parse results from server" error.
At the same time when I log into SG via web I can see few detections at the dashboard widget.
Are there any suggestions on how to fix logging?
Are there other methods to watch security logs?

You're right, my apologies its an internal SK.
But what it suggest is using SmartView Web as a workaround:
To log in to SmartEvent using the SmartView Web Application:
Browse to https://<Security Management Server IP Address>/smartview/ or https://<Security Management Server host name>/smartview/

By the way also I have lots of warningns in the messages about
options
virtio_net
rxmrg=0
in the modprobe.conf
Should I change these values?

I suggest looking at sk114826:
https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk114826
In this case perhaps run smartlogstop before running smartlogstart
And sk134314:
