Logs not available in R81.10 Smart Console build 417

Hi gents,

After SmartConsole update to build 417 I am no longer seeing any logs in Logs&Monitor tab.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same behavior? I can't seem to find any known issues for the SmartConsole builds, only resolved bugs - List of All Resolved Issues and New Features in R81.10 SmartConsole (checkpoint.com)

Logs show perfectly fine on build 412 and 416 on two other clients.

Hi,

Just as a followup, the reported behavior has been recognised as a bug in build 417 and fixed in build 418 (PRJ-49625)
