Logs mismatch in the SmartConsole.
Hello, everyone.
We are experiencing a problem with the logs.
We have an SMS (Open Server) on R81.10, which has a couple of ClusterXL "hooked" to it, and we also have a SmartEventer (Open server, too).
Since a couple of days ago, we are having a delay with the logs.
When we log into the SmartConsole, and check the logs, we have a 5min delay.
For example it is 9:45am, and when we go to this section of the logs, we only see logs, until 5min ago, that is until 9:40am.
This is happening both in the SMS and in the SmartEvent.
Has anyone dealt with a problem similar to this?
Any recommendations for this?

Sounds like something related to indexing.

I am experiencing this same issue, where logs are not displayed in real time. I have indexing enabled. If I reboot the SMS, logs are shown in real time, but in a matter of hours, the issue comes back. Around a 5 minute delay.
