Do you have any resources regarding configuration and maintaining this product? I suggest a webinar on this topic (without the marketing slides). 

For instance, explain why do I still have to open the R77 style SmartDashboard? What configuration is needed to get full value of this product. How do we integrate this product into the SOC, that's already using a plethora of other products from specialised vendors. Tell me about a success story in the real world!

Also your documentation package and SKs need revising, at least marking the old products as deprecated, update screenshots and so forth. All in all, I'm frustrated by the state of Smart Event, as it has great potential.
