Install Policy slowly

After I upgrade Security Manager (SC) from r77.30 to R80, the policy was installed very slow.

It took around 15-20 minutes compare with R77.30 around 7->10 minutes.

SC is ESX VM:  4 vCPU x 2.8Ghz Xeon, 4GB RAM.

Could you help me ?

Increasing memory to 8GB RAM will help immensely, memory requirements are higher for R80 management.
