Initial VSX Configuration
Hi all,
I need some help about VSX configuration. Is there any guide about a simple configuration about this?. At this moment, I have a 5900 cluster with a configuration already working. My customer want to create al least two VSX, one of them with the same configuration that is working, and the second one with an initial simple configuration. I have found generalistic configuration about VSX, but some one have a guide about this?
Thank you!!
Sergio

I would start with VSX admin guide as it has some examples. VSX won't be that simple to advise on as it really depends on your environment and requirements
Check Point VSX R80.10 Administration Guide
But reading between lines - you have a regular gateway cluster and you want to convert to VSX with two VSes - one that's "replica" of current cluster and the other "blank"

VSX is a rather complicated product, so in addition to "usual" knowledge about CP blades and configuration, you have a lot of very VSX-specific things to learn, and experience is needed for understanding. A lot of customers use CP professional services at least for firast time configuration, and having TAC on standby during larger changes in configuration is mostly very valuable...

One additional comment - if you have that possibility, try building VSX in the lab, i.e. on VM or open server if you have one available just to learn how to handle it
