Getting Internal Hook Error while upgrading R80 to R80.10EA for Mgmt server
Tried in Lab setup for Upgrading R80 to R80.10EA for Mgmt server.
Getting "Internal Hook error: Contact Checkpoint" and also another error says "Publish or Discard the open sessions and run operation again". But there is no open sessions. Even opened SmartConsole R80 & published, then closed, but no luck on upgrading.
Anyone can help.

If you're still having issues with this on the R80.10 GA release, I recommend taking it with the TAC.

Thanks for reply.
I tried upgrading R80 to R80.10GA which was released recently.
It went successfully without any issue.
(Earlier I got the above errors with EA release, now fine with GA release).
