Filtering Log Exporter for 'Alert' and 'Control' messages

Is there any way that I can create a log exporter instance and have it filter out all logs except 'Alert' and 'Control' messages?  I'd only like the 'Alert' and 'Control' type forwarded to a central place for troubleshooting.

Pretty sure we can’t do this currently as the Log Exporter filtering options are limited.
