Error occurred while checking for update

Hi community,

I encountered this error on the smartconsole that says "Error occurred while checking for updates. Check SmartConsole Connectivity"

However, I was able to do manual update for Application control and  URL Filtering.

Is this cosmetic issue?

Where are those options in SmartConsole? Not a menu that Im aware of. Thanks for your quick reponse.

It's for IPS and Threat Prevention.

Getting Here -

Security Policies > Threat Prevention > Custom Policy > Custom Policy Tools > Updates

Or:

Security Policies > Autonomous Threat Prevention > Autonomous Policy Tools > Updates
