Error While running tailored safe mode

Hello, 

Im getting Error While running tailored safe mode on R80.30 ,

Tailored safe Extension has been properly setup, but while running the report getting error (attached in Screenshot)

Error : 

- " _t(...).trim is not a function"

- "Couldn't enable smart event. Please enable it manually"

Even we have verify the SmartEvent Blade and respective license but still error persist.  

can Someone please help to get this fixed.
